akhir sekali, saya rasa pegawai terlalu mengejar fail untuk mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan. ada juga pegawai yang tidak terlalu mementingkan ketepatan dalam membuat audit sesebuah syarikat dan hanya ingin memastikan KPI pegawai telah tercapai pada bulan itu. Saya merasakan bahawa mengaudit sesuatu syarikat perlulah lebih teliti dan amaun tuntutan yang dituntut perlu berpatutan dengan apa yang pegawai buat, bukan setakat ingin mengejar fail tapi hasil audit tidak memberangsangkan jika disemak semula fail tersebut.

There are also employees who are not too concerned about the accuracy of the audit of a company and just want to make sure KPI officers have been achieved during the month. I feel that an audit of a company should be more careful and claim amounts claimed to be worth what officers do not just want to catch up files but unfavorable audit results if the revised file.
