saya rasa syarikat ini perlu memili

saya rasa syarikat ini perlu memilih pekerja yang selaras dengan bidang yang mereka ceburi kerana kebanyakkan pegawai di sini bukan dari akauntan,ada yang dari bidang sukan dan sebagainya. Hanya beberapa orang sahaja yang ada ijazah dan master dalam akaun, jadi ini merupakan kelemahan kerana pegawai tersebut perlu mempelajari dahulu sebelum membuat sesuatu tindakan.Justeru itu, saya rasa bahagian ini perlu mengambil pekerja yang menceburi bidang akaun supaya KPI yang disasarkan tercapai dan kerja lebih efisien untuk pegawai melakukan audit.

I think the company should choose employees in accordance with their future undertakings because many officials here were not from accountants, some are from the field of sports and so on. Only a few people who have a degree and master in the account, so this is a disadvantage because the officers have to learn first before making any act. Therefore, I think this part should take workers who venture into account so that the target has been achieved and KPI work more efficiently for the officials do audit.
