Employees’ productivity is synonymous with performance of their work which, when good work performance and productivity will increase. A comfortable working environment will have a positive impact on the health and comfort of workers. In addition, environmental factors are not good and uncomfortable can affect the health of employees, whether temporary or long-lasting effects on employees involved. Environmental factors are factors driving the increase in productivity such as temperature, lighting, thermal comfort, noise and vibration in the working area. The more comfortable work space and the higher the quality of the resulting production. Thermal comfort gives a huge impact on the productivity and performance of an employee. Exposure to excessive heat during the work can be suffocating and contribute to low productivity among workers. The results of this study can help to improvements to an industry in order to increase productivity as well as psychological and health workers are not neglected.
