setelah menerima barang daripada penerima, barang tersebut akan melalui proses yang sepatutnya dan akan di sorting mengikut zone kawasan yang akan di hantar kepada penerima. kerana process sorting tersebut dilakukan secara manual akan ada menyebabkan kesalahan dilakukan ketika proses sorting tersebut.
