This study found that preschool curriculum content knowledge and technological knowledge is weak, however, pre-school teachers' pedagogical knowledge is good. The study also found, two of the main factors causing the content knowledge and technological knowledge is weak, first, the teacher not disclosed curriculum and the use of technology in teaching, both less supplied teaching and learning materials, especially Information and Communication Technology. The preschool teachers do not show the characteristics of teaching and learning in the 21st century instruction execution.
