This study found that preschool curriculum content knowledge and technological knowledge is weak, however, a good preschool teachers' pedagogical knowledge. Therefore, there are no features of teaching and learning in the 21st century teaching preschool teachers surveyed. The study also found, two major factors causing it occurs is less training and learning material, especially material related learning Information and Communication Technology.
