Kajian ini mendapati pengetahuan kandungan kurikulum prasekolah dan teknologi guru prasekolah lemah, bagaimanapun pengetahuan pedagogi guru prasekolah baik. Oleh yang demikian, tidak terdapat ciri-ciri pengajaran dan pembelajaran abad ke 21 dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran guru prasekolah yang dikaji. Kajian ini juga mendapati, dua faktor utama menyebabkan ianya berlaku ialah kurang latihan dan bahan pembelajaran, terutamanya bahan pembelajaran berkaitan Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi.
