1.0 Pengenalan
Kebanyakan daripada talian pemasangan dalam industri-industri pembuatan dijalankan dalam buku panduan atau separa automatik. Maka, keselesaan persekitaran kerja harus ditegaskan supaya meningkatkan kesihatan dan keselamatan, prestasi dan produktiviti. (Ahmad Rasdan et al., 2014). Suatu persekitaran kerja yang sesuai dan mapan akan memberikan kesan yang positif dan baik untuk kesihatan dan keselesaan pekerja atau pengguna. Persekitaran yang ergonomik adalah amat penting bagi memastikan keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerja terjamin. Merujuk kepada industri pembuatan sektor automotif masa yang singkat merupakan asas penting bagi proses pembangunan produk (Sundin et.al 2004). Kebolehan memproses dan mereka bentuk secara ergonomik merupakan asas kepada pembuatan produk yang berteknologi tinggi (Klatte et al. 1997). Menurut (Dul & Weerdmester, 2008) pendekatan ergonomik dibangunkan untuk mengurangkan keletihan dan ketidakselesaan bekerja bagi tujuan mempertingkatkan tahap keselamatan, kesihatan dan keselesaan manusia. Kebijaksanaan seseorang dalam menguruskan risiko dapat mengelakkan daripada berlaku kesilapan atau kemalangan seterusnya akan memberi kesan yang baik kepada individu, persekitaran dan syarikat (Kindler, 1990). Keutamaan produktiviti pekerja ialah bagi memastikan pekerja bekerja pada tahap optimum. Oleh sebab itu, kebanyakan syarikat atau organisasi telah mempunyai kesedaran tentang kepentingan tersebut maka pelbagai langkah dan usaha telah dikenal pasti. Oleh sebab pentingnya faktor-faktor persekitaran terhadap produktiviti pekerja yang seterusnya akan memberi keuntungan kepada industri, satu kajian bagi mengenal pasti hubungan antara faktor-faktor persekitaran dan produktiviti pekerja perlu dilaksanakan bagi memastikan bahawa persekitaran tersebut berada dalam keadaan yang memberikan kesan positif kepada kesihatan, psikologi, kepuasan bekerja, prestasi dan produktiviti seseorang pekerja terusnya memberi keuntungan dan hasil yang baik untuk syarikat.

Then, the comfort of working life should be emphasized so enhance health and safety, performance and productivity. (Ahmad Rasdan et al., 2014). A suitable working environment and sustainability will affect positive and good for health and comfort of employees or users. Ergonomic surroundings is crucial to ensuring occupational safety and health guaranteed. Referring to the manufacturing industry automotive sector time is vital for the process of product development (Sundin et.al 2004). The ability to process and design ergonomically is fundamental to the manufacture of high-tech products (Klatte et al. 1997). According to (Dul & Weerdmester, 2008) ergonomic approach developed to reduce fatigue and discomfort of working in order to improve the level of safety, health and comfort of humans. The wisdom of someone in managing risks could prevent from happening an error or the next accident will give a good effect to individuals, environment and company (Kindler, 1990). Priority worker productivity is to ensure that employees working at optimal levels. Therefore, most companies or organizations have been aware of the importance of the various steps and efforts have been identified. Because of the importance of environmental factors on the productivity of workers who in turn give the profits to the industry, a study to identify the relationship between environmental factors and worker productivity need to be implemented to ensure that the environment is in a State that gives positive impact to health, psychology, job satisfaction, performance and productivity of an employee is terusnya give a good profits and revenue for the company.

According to (Dul & Weerdmester, 2008) developed an ergonomic approach to reduce fatigue and discomfort of working in order to improve the safety, health and human services. Wisdom someone in managing risk can avoid a mistake or an accident in turn will give a good impression to people, the environment and the company (Kindler, 1990). Employee productivity is a priority to ensure that employees working at its optimum level. Therefore, many companies or organizations have been aware of the importance of the various measures and efforts have been identified. Because of the importance of environmental factors on labor productivity which in turn will benefit the industry, a study to determine the relationship between environmental factors and labor productivity must be implemented to ensure that the environment is in a state that a positive impact on health, psychology , job satisfaction, performance and productivity of its direct benefit of an employee and a good result for the company.
